Black streaks on the roof
Those dark streaks are usually an algae called Gloeocapsa magma. It loves our humid, shady roofs, and left alone it can shorten the life of your shingles. We soft wash it off at low pressure, no blasting.

Green film on siding, gutters and eaves
That's mold, mildew, algae and pollen. We clean it with a soft wash: a cleaning solution and a low-pressure rinse that's safe for vinyl, stucco, brick and Hardie board.

White crust on pavers or brick
That chalky white stuff is efflorescence, a mineral residue left behind when moisture moves through masonry and dries at the surface. It often shows up after rain. We remove it and help keep it from coming back.

Orange-brown rust marks
Rust stains usually come from iron-rich sprinkler water, old metal fixtures or fertilizer. We remove rust from concrete and brick. How much comes out depends on how deep and how old the stain is, and we'll tell you up front.
